Our Place Preferred Customer Cards help with your purchases even more! With this card you receive instant 3 months no interest, no pay! A credit check is required and payment is all done through Citi. You can also add it to your personal bank account as a Bill Payment to make paying off your purchase even easier through Online Banking or Telephone Banking!


Services
* I live up in Ahousaht and just bought a bed from you, how long will it take to get here?
We deliver to Tofino twice a week. To get the product to Ahousaht we must schedule a pick up with one of the many water taxis at the Government Wharf or any other dock accessable by car. Free delivery is to Tofino only but we will help load the product onto whichever boat you choose!
* Will you price match against other businesses?
Yes! We encourage customers to shop locally as much as possible to help build our community. We will match any price on any item we sell in our store! Our services offered will be the best you will find guaranteed!
* I just bought a Washer & Dryer set from you, can you set it up for me?
Yes! We include free set up & delivery on all of our products to save you the time and the headaches! Our Washer & Dryer set up includes delivery, unpacking, removal of packaging (boxes & plastics), install, leveling, testing, dryer venting, washer hoses and for a small fee we can take away your old appliance for you as well!

* My old washer is broken and out of warranty, can you fix it?
Yes! We can fix almost any kind of appliance under or out of warranty. Save yourself the expensive travel fees associated with out of town service and let our certified & local repairmen fix it for you fast!
* Do you fix old record players?
Yes! We can fix almost any kind of electronic equipment as well as any kind of product we sell! Try us, we have many different contacts and can find you many different hard to find parts and pieces for old and new equipment!


Fees
* What is a TV environmental Fee?
Environmental handling fees as required by the provincial government. The fees are used to support provincial recycling and disposal programs for products made with materials such as metal, glass, and plastic that can be recycled into other products. Handling fees are also collected on products that may contain substances that are hazardous to the environment.
* How much does it cost to have my old appliance taken away?
We charge $25 per range, dryer, washer etc.. and $50 per fridge & freezer to have the liquid freon safely removed. All old appliances are safely recycled!
